Job summary

YILPORT Holding Inc. in Gebze seeks a Reporting Assistant Specialist to support operational reporting and performance monitoring across terminals. Reporting to the Global Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will help collect data and prepare monthly and daily status reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Terminal Operating System (TOS) such as Navis is a plus.
• Self-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Residence in Kocaeli and willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Effectively collect data from systems and other departments to prepare monthly, shiftly, daily status and performance reports for all terminals.
• Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports aligned with Global Operations strategy.
• Prepare the key performance indicators (KPIs) that support Global Operations goals.
• Retrieve and utilize information from the Navis system and manage the EDI files accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduated from a university, preferably in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are preferable),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
• Working knowledge of TOS is a plus (preferably Navis),
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,

Reporting to Global Reporting and Analysis Manager of Yılport Holding, the responsibilities of Reporting Assistant Specialist be as follows:

• Effectively collect data from system and other departments in order to prepare monthly, shiftly, daily status and performance reports for all terminals,
• Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports that are in line with Global Operations strategy,
• Prepare the key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the measurable goals of the Global Operastions,
• Retrieve and utilize information from the Navis system and manage the EDI files accordingly.
