Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Terminal Operating System (TOS) such as Navis is a plus.
• Self-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Residence in Kocaeli and willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Effectively collect data from systems and other departments to prepare monthly, shiftly, daily status and performance reports for all terminals.
• Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports aligned with Global Operations strategy.
• Prepare the key performance indicators (KPIs) that support Global Operations goals.
• Retrieve and utilize information from the Navis system and manage the EDI files accordingly.
