Eskimi, a fast-growing adtech company in Istanbul, is expanding its commercial team. You will identify and manage key clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

The role covers end-to-end sales—from initial contact to proposal and closing—while building long-term relationships and staying current on programmatic advertising products and market trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals with agencies and brands.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and turn opportunities into closed deals, including enterprise accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Proactively identify and approach new customers within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Drive sales growth through compelling presentations, online product demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings.
• Prepare and send commercial quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay up to date with the latest programmatic advertising products and market trends.
