• Build and nurture Voodoo's presence in Türkiye in the gaming ecosystem.
• Manage a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach and partnerships.
• Guide studios on product strategy and creative direction.
• Lead launches as a product director managing product vision and execution.
• Own the full P&L of games with a focus on growth.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends.
