Job summary

Azurreo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to work fully remotely with Syrian or Turkish residents. The role focuses on Tier 1 troubleshooting across networking, hosting, and telecom platforms, handling tickets end to end from first contact to resolution, and collaborating with engineering as needed.

You will communicate with customers in clear English, document steps taken, and contribute knowledge base content. Overtime may be required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, ports, SSL, FTP, email configuration.
• Clear, professional written English for customer correspondence.
• Experience in technical support, IT support, helpdesk or network support is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 issues and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Comfort with remote work and international customers.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Own tickets end to end from first contact to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues across networking, hosting, DNS, SSL, FTP, and email configurations.
• Support telecom hardware and platforms including routers, gateways, and SIM management systems.
• Communicate with customers via email, Support platform, phone and messaging in fluent English.
• Document attempts and results, and escalate with clear handover notes for senior engineers.
• Contribute to knowledge base by creating articles from resolved issues.
