83zero is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its growing team in Turkey. You will own complex technical cases from first investigation through to resolution, working across backup, storage, Linux, networking and broader infrastructure to deliver decisive fixes.
The role emphasizes deep troubleshooting, collaborating with engineering, and building strong customer relationships to ensure an excellent experience. Travel to customer sites is possible with expenses covered.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise backup, storage or data protection technologies.
- Strong experience in Technical Support, Customer Support Engineering, Technical Account Management or similar.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience troubleshooting across Linux/Unix and networking.
Responsabilités
- Take ownership of complex technical cases from investigation to resolution.
- Troubleshoot across backup, storage, Linux, networking and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Development teams to resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as trusted technical contact.
- Occasional on-site visits with travel expenses covered.
