Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise backup, storage or data protection technologies.
- Strong experience in Technical Support, Customer Support Engineering, Technical Account Management or similar.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience troubleshooting across Linux/Unix and networking.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex technical cases from investigation to resolution.
- Troubleshoot across backup, storage, Linux, networking and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Development teams to resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as trusted technical contact.
- Occasional on-site visits with travel expenses covered.
