Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager for Izmir, Turkey, to drive growth across the Izmir region. You will develop accounts, onboard high-potential customers, and use a consultative approach to promote digital orthodontic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B sales experience in a consultative/customer-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills with ownership of territory activities.
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying growth opportunities for customers.
• High integrity and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas, technologies, and business approaches.
• Preferred experience in medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or related B2B sales.
• Native-level Turkish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Izmir territory and surrounding areas, driving business growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
• Use customer insights and a consultative selling approach to encourage customers to adopt new digital processes.
• Act as a business partner to customers, helping them modernize and grow their practices through digital technology.
• Develop and execute a territory plan based on potential within each account.
• Create and execute account plans for the highest-potential customers with deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
• Utilize data and analytics to support customer decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions.
