Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Antalya region to drive growth by expanding existing accounts and onboarding new high-potential customers.

You will consult with orthodontic practices, promote digital solutions, and build lasting partnerships while coordinating internal resources to optimize the customer experience. The role requires strong Turkish language skills and fluency in English, with a focus on remote territory management and strategic account planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B sales experience, ideally in a consultative/customer-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills with ownership of territory activities.
• Proactive mindset focused on identifying growth opportunities for customers.
• High integrity and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas, technologies, and business approaches.
• Preferred experience in medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or related B2B sales.
• Native-level Turkish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Antalya territory and surrounding areas, driving business growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
• Use customer insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage customers to adopt new digital processes.
• Act as a business partner to customers, helping them modernize and grow their practices through the implementation of digital technology.
• Develop and execute a territory plan based on a clear understanding of the potential within each account.
• Create and execute account plans for the highest-potential customers, based on a deep understanding of their business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to support customer decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and continuously promote Align solutions.
