Job summary

Align Technology, a global leader in digital dentistry, is seeking a Territory Manager (Remote) to grow the Eskişehir region by expanding existing accounts and onboarding high-potential new customers.

You will apply consultative selling, analytics, and strong relationship skills to help orthodontic practices adopt innovative digital solutions, partnering with customers to modernize and grow their businesses. Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B sales experience with a consultative or customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• High integrity and strong commercial acumen.
• Fluent English and native-level Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Eskişehir territory, driving growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to promote digital processes.
• Act as a business partner to help practices modernize and grow with digital technology.
• Develop and execute a territory plan based on account potential.
• Create account plans for high-potential customers using deep business understanding.
• Utilize data and analytics to support customer decision-making and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions.
