Align Technology in Turkey seeks a Territory Manager (Remote) to drive growth across the Samsun region by expanding existing accounts and onboarding high-potential new customers for Invisalign digital solutions.

You will partner with orthodontic practices, apply a consultative sales approach, and collaborate across teams to optimize the customer experience and advance digital adoption. Fluency in Turkish and English, along with B2B sales experience, is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills with ownership of territory activities.
• Proactive mindset to identify growth opportunities for customers.
• High integrity and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas, technologies and approaches.
• Native Turkish and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Samsun territory and surrounding areas, driving business growth and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
• Use a consultative selling approach to encourage customers to adopt new digital processes.
• Act as a business partner to customers, helping modernize and grow their practices with digital solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory plan based on potential within each account.
• Create account plans for top customers based on business goals and challenges.
• Utilize data and analytics to support customer decision-making and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions.
