You will manage queues, SLA risks, and internal Private notes separation, review AI-drafted responses, and escalate operational actions with clear justifications to maintain high standards of support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products to answer client queries.
• Prioritize work via Broker Dashboard, focusing on unread messages, SLA risks, and at-risk clients.
• Deliver professional and concise communications within the official workspace.
• Maintain internal Private notes separate from client messages.
• Review and fact-check AI-generated drafts before submission.
• Escalate and justify operational actions with clear rationale.
