You will handle client calls, navigate the platform with care, and ensure strict adherence to security, confidentiality, and compliance standards while maintaining timely responses and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems to maintain client notes and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients in a professional, courteous manner.
• Strong understanding of compliance principles and data protection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge support including client calls and platform navigation assistance while following compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA commitments and perform proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags or issues per company compliance rules.
