Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, concierge-level client support within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Conduct scheduled client calls, assist clients with platform navigation, and review portfolio context as needed.
• Manage client threads and SLA-related tasks, escalating issues per compliance rules.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing sensitive data.
• Identify red flags and escalate security incidents or non-authorized matters promptly.
