GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Turkey region within its Southern EMEA team. You will guide prospects and customers through the AI-powered DevSecOps platform, addressing technical requirements and business objectives across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales guiding clients through design and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD.
• Hands-on with GitLab or similar tools, mapping capabilities to use cases.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and deployment, security, and operations.
• Ability to run PoC/PoV, tenders, audits, and run workshops.
• Clear technical communication for practitioners to executives.
• Experience building trusted customer relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Motivation for continuous professional development and GitLab platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across lifecycle.
• Own solution design, PoV ownership, workshops, and value assessments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies across Southern EMEA.
• Build relationships with practitioners and business leaders to advocate for GitLab.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering.
• Maintain technical expertise and create reusable collateral.
