Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Solution Architect — Data & AI Platform, based in Turkey, for a remote contract role. You will lead the design of a modern Databricks lakehouse and AI-enabled data products, balancing governance with advanced analytics and AI experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to standardize data definitions, metadata, and semantic layers while driving CI/CD practices for reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in solution or data architecture.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Unity Catalog design.
• Deep understanding of lakehouse, governance and semantic data products.
• Practical AI/GenAI architecture knowledge including LLMs and RAG.
• Experience enabling agentic AI workflows for data discovery and ops.
• SQL and modern data engineering skills, plus CI/CD automation.
• Ability to balance innovation with governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Data and AI platform architecture using Databricks and lakehouse design.
• Develop scalable patterns for AI-ready data products and governed analytics.
• Architect LLM and Generative AI enablement, including embeddings and semantic search.
• Design agentic AI capabilities to support data catalog, lineage, and data quality.
• Enable AI-driven documentation, troubleshooting, and automated testing.
• Set standards for governed data products, metrics, and semantic layers.
• Shape metadata intelligence and semantic context in AI analytics.
• Ensure secure, scalable deployment of data and AI capabilities across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, AI and business stakeholders on requirements.
• Promote CI/CD and automation for reliable delivery and continuous improvement.
