Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
• 9+ years in software development and design.
• 3+ years leading software delivery projects (solution/technical lead).
• Strong leadership and Agile experience.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design a technical solution by deeply understanding client needs and stakeholders.
• Lead discussions with the client to propose and refine the solution.
• Be a key team member delivering the solution as project lead or architect.
• Ensure the right solution is developed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor deliverables and status proactively to avoid blockages.
• Identify and resolve technical or client-expectation roadblocks.
• Coach and mentor project team members and promote skill growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Guide the team through challenges while delivering value at speed.
