Job summary

Jobgether in Turkey is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and evolve scalable, secure infrastructure for our customer-facing products. You will own core subsystems end-to-end—from architecture to production operations and continuous improvement.

The role spans cloud architecture, deployment systems, observability, performance, security, and developer tooling. You will mentor engineers, drive cross‑team decisions, and apply a security-first mindset across projects.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in cloud-based infrastructure or backend engineering
• Strong Terraform or IaC experience
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and distributed systems
• Go or Python production programming experience
• Observability stack expertise (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and performance tuning

Responsibilities

• Own a core infrastructure subsystem end to end—from design to production operations
• Define project objectives and align technical initiatives with business goals
• Translate requirements into pragmatic designs addressing edge cases
• Build secure, resilient, high-performing infrastructure
• Develop developer-facing tooling to boost engineering productivity
• Manage infrastructure through code with Terraform
• Collaborate with product engineering to design scalable services
• Participate in incident response and systematic debugging
• Improve monitoring/observability for better stability
• Apply a security-first mindset across infrastructure and software
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team architecture decisions
• Facilitate collaboration on technical priorities across groups
