Stryker Türkiye is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to keep the quotation-to-delivery cycle moving smoothly. You will own key order-to-cash activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely visibility so sales representatives can focus on customers.

This onsite role supports pricing, quotes, records, account creation, returns and credits, and coordinates with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to drive smooth operations.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales operations or commercial administration.
• Advanced Excel with lookup and pivot functions.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and ERP order processes.
• Fluent in Turkish with strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process, reviewing hospital purchase orders and pre-orders against quotes and contracts.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations using approved price lists and contracts, including product codes and descriptions.
• Maintain order and customer records, verify information, track orders through shipment and invoicing, and escalate delays.
• Coordinate new customer account creation and master data updates; prepare credit limit requests with Finance.
• Process free-of-charge requests, returns and credits, and track credit notes and invoice cancellations.
• Coordinate deliveries with Sales, Customer Service and Operations; support hospital acceptance and local visits where no clinical support is required.
• Coordinate contract-required follow-ups and product training with Sales/Clinical teams; route complaints to Quality/Technical Service.
• Support forecasting and monthly reporting; lead weekly coordination on open items and blockers; simplify processes and standardize templates.

Summary :

Join Stryker’s Endoscopy team in Türkiye and help keep the commercial operation moving smoothly from quotation through delivery, returns and account maintenance. In this role, you will take ownership of essential sales administration so our sales representatives can spend more time with customers, while ensuring orders and customer requests are accurate, compliant, timely and visible across teams.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end administrative order-to-cash process, reviewing hospital purchase orders and pre-orders against approved quotations and contracts before submitting complete orders to Customer Service.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations using approved price lists and contract pricing, completing required product codes, medical device registration information and product descriptions, while routing pricing exceptions for appropriate approval.
• Maintain order and customer records, verify account and product availability information, track orders through shipment and invoicing, and proactively elevate delays or blockers.
• Coordinate new customer account creation and master data updates for hospitals, regions and distributors, and prepare credit limit requests with Finance through completion.
• Process free-of-charge requests, product returns and exchanges, including required forms and approvals, and track credit notes and invoice cancellations through closure.
• Coordinate deliveries with Sales, Customer Service and Operations, verify invoice and delivery documentation, and support hospital acceptance requirements and local visits where no clinical support is required.
• Coordinate contract-required hospital follow-ups and product training with Sales and Clinical teams, and promptly route customer complaints or product malfunction reports to Quality and Technical Service.
• Support forecasting and monthly order, return and free-of-charge reporting; lead weekly coordination on open items and blockers; and continuously simplify processes, eliminate duplicate steps and standardize templates.

What you will need

Required

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Health Management or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service or commercial administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and enterprise resource planning order processes.
• Fluent in Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of public hospital procurement processes in Türkiye, including medical device registration, public tender documentation and hospital acceptance procedures.
• Experience with MFG/PRO or a comparable enterprise resource planning system.
