Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team across Endoscopy in the EEMEA region. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans to achieve sales growth, manage a multi-layer team, and build strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum undergraduate degree in Management or sales-related field.
3–5 years of proven sales leadership with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Experience in medical devices or healthcare commercial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the regional commercial strategy to deliver sales growth and market share expansion.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, set expectations, and ensure accountability.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to drive cross-functional programs.
Manage indirect channels where applicable and collaborate with MOH/public authorities as needed.
Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
