Optimum7 is seeking a Product Strategy & Innovation Specialist for a fully remote role based in Türkiye. The role focuses on turning market needs into scalable offerings, driving end-to-end product initiatives, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, PR, and Development to grow leads and revenue.

You will research trends, identify opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies while owning execution and tracking performance to drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product strategy, business development, growth, or a similar role.
• Strong market research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
• Ability to turn ideas into actionable projects and own execution through completion.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs, with a focus on AI, to identify new opportunities.
• Create new product and service ideas from scratch and turn them into viable business opportunities.
• Turn existing services into scalable, repeatable offers.
• Own product initiatives from concept to launch, managing execution with Sales, Marketing, PR, and Development.
• Define product positioning, pricing, target markets, and go-to-market strategies.
• Validate demand and commercial potential before investing in new initiatives.
• Track product performance and drive improvements based on results.
