Job summary

Otto International is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. You will monitor and resolve tickets, provide remote and on-site assistance, manage user accounts and access, and safeguard our IT systems.

Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, documentation, and knowledge sharing to empower colleagues across Asia and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT system and user support.
• Good knowledge of server infrastructure, networks, and common operating systems.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Together with Asia colleagues, monitor and handle tickets for IT Support Help Desk (support.ottoint.com) covering the time range for Asia office hours and Europe working hours.
• Together with Asia colleagues, monitor and handle IT security risk alert events (like for alerts when a user clicks a link in a Spam Email and the account get compromised) covering the time range for Asia office hours and Europe working hours also.
• Provide remote IT support to local offices like Oi SCANTHOR/Oi HH when the local IT support is not available.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure (focus local systems (network access, visitor screen, VC systems) and local access to global systems)
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and security
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities
• Educate teams and users about the digital solution, self-learning and tools available, while independently keeping your own technical knowledge up-to-date
• Provide basic and advance help in IT training, software knowledge (primarily Microsoft 365) to user
