Job summary

Personify Health is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to help members navigate their health benefits and resources. You will handle a variety of inquiries with empathy, resolve issues, and escalate when needed while upholding our commitment to member satisfaction and wellbeing.

In this role, you will work from home with flexible scheduling, access multiple databases, and continually learn about our products and services to provide accurate, timely support to plan members.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience in call center or support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to navigate multiple databases and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service to health plan members.
• Handle diverse inquiries and resolve issues with empathy.
• Navigate client and product information to guide members through wellbeing journeys.
• Assist with website or product technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to support members effectively.
