Hiredbuddy is seeking a Remote Human Resources Manager for an entry‑level role guiding HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment. Ideal for graduates or 0–2 years in HR, you will be the first point of contact for employees and help shape our workplace culture.

You will manage onboarding, records in HRIS, and confidentiality while supporting DEI initiatives. This fully remote position offers exposure to cross‑functional teams and growth opportunities across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist with recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data confidentiality.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures; escalate issues as needed.
• Help develop and implement HR policies aligned with values and legal requirements.
• Support performance management: track review cycles and assist managers with docs.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives (onboarding, compliance, workshops).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, especially in the United States.
• Support DEI efforts and foster a culture of belonging.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Participate in special projects like surveys and HR system enhancements.
