Lane People & Projects is seeking a motivated Graduate Architect to join our growing Design Team and support the delivery of large-scale logistics, industrial, and operational facility projects.

This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their technical and professional skills through direct involvement in real projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced architects and project teams, contributing to planning, design development, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination activities.

The first three months will serve as a structured internship period with training and evaluation process, providing intensive learning opportunities, hands-on project exposure, and continuous mentoring. Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with the company culture will be offered a permanent Architect position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of architectural layouts and design solutions for industrial and logistics facilities
• Assisting with feasibility studies, test-fit exercises, and space planning activities
• Preparing and updating architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD
• Supporting multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and project management teams
• Assisting with capacity analyses, area calculations, and space utilization studies
• Participating in design reviews and project coordination meetings
• Supporting the preparation of presentation materials, reports, and project deliverables
• Contributing to compliance reviews related to building regulations, workplace standards, and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent AutoCAD skills and ability to produce drawings efficiently and fastly
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify motivated graduates with strong potential for long-term growth within our team.

Step 1 - Online Skills Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment evaluating technical, analytical, and professional competencies relevant to the role.

Step 2 - In-Person Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will be invited to meet our team for an in-person interview, where we will discuss their background, aspirations, technical capabilities and cultural fit.

Step 3 - Offer & Development Program

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join our Junior Architect Development Program.

The program will commence on 1st of October 2026 and includes an initial three-month structured internship period, during which participants will receive hands-on project experience, mentoring, and professional training.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be offered a permanent Architect position within Lane People & Projects, subject to performance and business requirements.
