Job summary

Akcok Law Office, A Professional Law Corporation seeks a sales-focused team member to own the main phone line, convert inquiries into signed engagements, and coordinate with our Client Relations Manager. This is a phone-intensive role with remote work available for an international team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide intake information to the legal team, and manage CRM records to track opportunities toward paid contracts and initial payments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in telephone or inside sales.
• Willingness to make frequent inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Working knowledge of English for routine client communication.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and track follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage the main phone line during working hours and return voicemails.
• Proactively call new leads and move opportunities toward signed contracts.
• Conduct intake conversations and gather information for legal team review.
• Explain services and pricing clearly, without giving legal advice.
• Keep CRM records accurate and current, including call notes and deals.
• Follow up on outstanding responses, documents, signatures and payments.
• Respond to email and WhatsApp inquiries while prioritizing calls.
