Manay CPA is seeking a results-driven Sales Support professional to join our remote team. You will research target industries, initiate contact, and nurture leads across the sales pipeline, while collaborating with Marketing and Client Service to maximize outreach impact.

This role requires English and Turkish fluency, strong organizational skills, and comfort working across US time zones in a fully remote environment. Prior ERP/CRM exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, client relations, or business development (internship or entry-level acceptable).
• Strong interest in professional services, accounting, and financial consulting.
• Excellent communication in English and Turkish; interviews conducted in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and MS Office; ERP/CRM platforms are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and outreach to identify leads and introduce Manay CPA’s services.
• Follow up and build relationships to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Assist with pipeline management, partnership outreach, and other business development projects.
• CRM management: record outreach activities and client interactions for visibility and tracking.
• Prepare proposals and service summaries that communicate value to clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Service teams on campaigns and events.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform outreach strategies.
• Support client meetings and virtual sessions for engagement.
• Assist in weekly and monthly performance reporting and analytics.
• Participate in special projects to improve sales processes and communications.
