Avery Dennison is hiring an HR Data Operations Specialist. The role is remote with regular office days in Bucharest, Romania, supporting HR data accuracy across multiple countries and systems.

You will manage employee data in Oracle and other HRIS, run data audits, answer analytics requests, and drive process improvements with HR teams. Strong English, analytics, and system knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing HR data in a global or regional HR Shared Service environment.
• Experience with Core HCM data management and systems like Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and time/attendance systems.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of standard productivity tools (MS 365, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee information in global HRIS and local systems across multiple countries.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure high data hygiene for payroll and audits.
• Respond to reports and data analytics requests using Oracle, ServiceNow, Tableau, and related tools.
• Guide employees and managers on HR processes within SLAs.
• Participate in projects to implement system updates and optimize HR processes.
• Oversee HR administration for multiple EMEA countries, including contracts and addenda.
• Maintain and support Time and Attendance systems across EMEA.
