Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an HR Data Operations Specialist to manage global HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance from onboarding to offboarding. The role acts as a key contact for lifecycle workflows and data management, supporting multiple countries and regions with HRIS tools and analytics.

The position is remote with regular office days in Bucharest and is based in a working culture that values digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration across the HR team and business

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR data management experience in a regional/global Shared Service or fast-paced corporate setting.
• Experience with Core HCM data management; knowledge of Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft and time/attendance systems preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication across all levels.
• Proficient with standard productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data across global/local systems (Oracle and others) and support onboarding through offboarding.
• Conduct data audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data hygiene for payroll/audit purposes.
• Respond to data analytics requests using Oracle, ServiceNow, Tableau, and other tools.
• Guide employees and managers on HR processes within SLAs.
• Participate in global/regional system updates and HRIS feature testing.
