Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an HR Data Operations Specialist to manage global HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance from onboarding to offboarding. The role requires collaboration across HR teams and multiple countries, utilizing Oracle, ServiceNow, and other systems to resolve complex data issues and drive digital transformation.

You will audit data, respond to analytics requests, and guide stakeholders on HR processes within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR data management experience in a regional or global context.
• Experience with Core HCM data management and systems such as Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and time/attendance systems.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR data in global and local systems across multiple countries, supporting onboarding through offboarding.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and hygiene for payroll and audits.
• Respond to analytics requests using Oracle, ServiceNow, payroll/time systems, and Tableau.
• Guide employees and managers on HR processes within SLAs.
• Participate in regional/global system updates and test new HRIS features.
