Job summary

The HR Data Operations Specialist at Avery Dennison is responsible for maintaining global HR data in Oracle and local systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across multiple countries. The role supports onboarding through offboarding and uses HRIS tools to resolve issues and drive digital transformation.

This remote position is based in Romania with regular office days in Bucharest and offers hybrid flexibility for most roles, along with health benefits and development

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR data management experience in a regional or global Shared Service Organization or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Experience with Core HCM data management and systems such as Oracle, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and time/attendance systems.
• Strong English communication skills across all levels; team-oriented and collaborative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment and personal information in global HRIS and local systems across multiple countries.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure payroll accuracy and data hygiene.
• Respond to data analytics requests using Oracle, ServiceNow, Tableau, and other tools.
• Guide employees, HR team members, and managers on HR processes within SLAs.
• Participate in regional/global HRIS updates and test new features.
• Oversee HR administration for multiple EMEA countries, including contracts and addenda.
• Maintain and update Time & Attendance systems across EMEA countries.
• Automate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
