Job summary

Partner company in Turkey is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin. You will manage substantial advertising budgets, optimize CAC and ROAS, and drive profitable growth across international markets.

You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and test campaigns, run experiments, and leverage attribution tools to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, mobile focus preferred.
• Hands-on planning, managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms.
• Monitor budgets using CAC, ROAS, and LTV to ensure profitability.
• Analyze performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency.
• Design and run structured experiments on audiences, bids, landing pages, and creatives.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to refine messaging and formats.
• Measure attribution, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Develop acquisition strategies across multiple markets and scale successful campaigns.
• Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation, targeting, and channels.
• Own campaign execution and ongoing optimization to achieve business targets.
