Job summary

Oak Technology seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid growth for our mobile applications. You will lead user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, while collaborating with Product, Data, and Creative teams to optimize ROAS and profitability.

You will design experiments, analyze attribution data, and allocate budgets efficiently to fuel sustainable, scalable growth across key markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mobile app user acquisition campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
• Experience with attribution/measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN).

Responsibilities

• Manage user acquisition performance across major mobile advertising platforms.
• Plan and optimize campaign strategy, targeting, bidding, and budgeting.
• Execute creative and campaign experiments to identify scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to test and scale winning ads.
• Monitor attribution and cohort performance across key markets.
• Contribute to forecasts, ROAS and profitability planning.
