Partner Company, listed through Jobgether, seeks a Partner & Alliance Manager based in Turkey to drive strategic partnerships across markets. You will recruit, activate, and manage partners, collaborating with enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, and B2B software players to create measurable business value.

The role emphasizes joint go-to-market efforts, ecosystem development, and scalable partner programs, with remote work across multiple countries and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel development, ecosystem development, or related business development.
• Experience in enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, B2B software, or similar environments.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives in partner organizations.
• Experience creating new strategic partnerships and joint initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strategic partner relationships across key markets.
• Establish relationships with senior partner, business, and ecosystem executives.
• Develop and coordinate strategic technology partnerships, including partner programs and joint initiatives.
• Identify and activate new strategic alliance opportunities.
• Develop relationships with global and regional consulting firms and technology companies.
• Recruit and onboard new partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Create joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and demand-generation programs.
• Connect partners with internal Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Support partner-generated and partner-influenced sales opportunities.
• Establish repeatable processes for partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and management.
• Track partner activities, pipeline, and commercial results.
