Job summary

Eva is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support international eCommerce brands across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other channels. You will analyze performance data, manage campaigns, optimize listings, and collaborate with Brand Managers to improve traffic, conversions, and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in written and spoken English; interviews conducted in English.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, performance marketing, and data analysis.
Ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Based in Turkey on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of digital marketing and eCommerce growth strategies.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon and other digital platforms.
Analyze campaign and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, ACoS, and revenue metrics.
Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct keyword, market, and competitor research.
Prepare reports and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams.
