Job summary

FLO Group is seeking an International E-Commerce Category Specialist to manage the Russian marketplaces, notably Wildberries, and support new international initiatives. You will monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and drive profitable growth across marketplaces.

You will collaborate with Logistics, IT, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth operations, analyze performance, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Russian and English in business and international environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Experience with Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market or other international marketplaces is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Russian marketplaces, primarily Wildberries, and support international initiatives.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, inventory, profitability, and KPIs; take actions to improve performance.
• Plan, execute, and analyze marketplace campaigns, promotions, and pricing activities to drive growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, profitability and performance reports; support management presentations.
• Oversee product listing, content quality, inventory accuracy, and assortment optimization.
• Collaborate with Logistics, IT, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify new business opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
