Job summary

Yatas Grup is seeking a Senior Amazon Account Management Specialist to own Amazon EU and USA operations, driving sustainable growth across marketplaces. This role requires deep expertise in PPC, SEO, listing optimization and cross-border logistics, with a strong commercial mindset and fluency in English.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure profitable expansion, launch new products, and deliver data-driven performance reports across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Europe and USA markets.
• Solid expertise in PPC, SEO, listing optimization and CRO.
• Experience with FBA and marketplace logistics processes.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon EU and USA accounts end-to-end for sales and profitability.
• Conduct market analyses: demand, pricing, competition, and opportunities.
• Set and drive targets for sales, revenue, and growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations in Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Optimize product listings including SEO, titles, bullets, and descriptions.
• Plan and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, CVR, CTR, Buy Box, and overall performance.
• Oversee FBA, inventory planning, replenishment and logistics.
• Provide regular sales and performance reports with data-driven actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, IT and other teams.
