Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a freelance HR Consultant based in Turkey for a fully remote, hourly engagement. The role blends talent acquisition with people operations across internal and external staffing projects in a tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing HR support for both freelance and full-time personnel. Strong independence and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in recruitment and general administration.
• Experience managing talent acquisition for corporate clients, agencies, tech firms, or fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on with ATS/HRIS and remote-work policies.
• Strong discretion, confidentiality and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and external staffing projects.
• Develop remote-first HR policies, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, contracts and NDAs.
• Support employee engagement and performance initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll inputs and leave tracking; act as HR contact for internal and freelance teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to people processes.
• Coordinate multiple HR initiatives with distributed stakeholders and track time/projects.
