Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Business Analyst based in Turkey for a fully remote contract role. You will bridge business needs with technical teams on data, analytics, and emerging technologies across multiple workstreams.

You will lead discovery workshops, define requirements, manage scope, and maintain governance artifacts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this consulting-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Requirements Analyst in data/analytics projects (consulting preferred).
• Experience facilitating structured discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders and turning discussions into actionable requirements.
• Strong understanding of data platform and cloud architecture, including data governance and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with engineering, product, business, and technical stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed requirements matrices for data types, interfaces, processing, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management with change-control documentation.
• Maintain data governance artifacts in collaboration with architects and data leads.
• Coordinate cross-workstream alignment of data contracts and canonical definitions.
• Facilitate feasibility discussions, track risks, and escalate issues.
• Translate architecture concepts into clear requirements and functional specs.
