Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join the team, reporting to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition. The initial contract is 6 months with potential extension.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Natro and Turhost in Turkey, while collaborating with teams across team.blue markets on international hiring needs. The role offers a primarily remote setup and global TA exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Natro & Turhost in Turkey and support Group-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, attract and assess candidates across technical, commercial, operational and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage talent.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing and TA processes.
• Track recruitment activity and metrics and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Align local recruitment practices with global TA standards and processes.
• Contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects and best-practice sharing.
