Jobgether SRL is seeking a FinOps Lead in Turkey to bridge cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth. You will act as a Finance Business Partner to Technology and Product leadership, delivering transparent, actionable cost insights.

You will collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and HR to optimize spending, forecast budgets, and model profitability across headcount and cloud usage. This role blends finance, tech, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud cost management across AWS/Azure/GCP or equivalents.
• Strong FinOps knowledge: cost allocation, tagging, optimization, unit economics.
• Technical credibility to engage with Engineering on architecture and cost-performance.
• Experience with cloud billing data, cost-management platforms, and analytics tools.
• Data analysis and financial modelling skills, with SQL proficiency.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear financial insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and HR.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies with dashboards.
• Identify optimization opportunities via rightsizing, commitment management, and waste reduction; set alerts and reviews.
• Link infrastructure spend to revenue and gross margin with Finance and Data teams.
• Own rolling forecasts for cloud costs, accounting for growth and usage trends.
• Partner with Product and Engineering early in development to assess financial impact.
• Model costs to forecast scalability under different growth scenarios.
• Build pre-launch cost models and contribute to pricing and profitability.
• Provide leadership with a resource-allocation overview across initiatives.
• Maintain time-tracking and audit trails for R&D projects for tax credits/grants.
• Model workforce costs with HR for hiring plans and payroll expenses.
• Calculate fully loaded costs of new hires for budgeting.
