Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to act as a hands-on technical lead. You will own the stability, security and upkeep of the company's local infrastructure, solving issues at server, network and hardware levels while building robust processes.

The role requires 5+ years in infra/ops, strong scripting, cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP), and fluency in Turkish and English, with interactions across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, systems engineering or technical operations.
• Solid networking fundamentals and data centre experience.
• Experience with scripting and modern deployment practices.
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, virtualization and containers.
• Database operations and performance tuning knowledge.
• Security, access control and change management awareness.
• Fluent Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Keep core infrastructure healthy, available and secure day to day.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, networks and hardware.
• Run health checks, monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement lasting fixes.
• Collaborate with vendors on hardware, connectivity and facilities issues.
• Support development teams with deployments, integrations and environment changes.
• Assist with database availability and performance monitoring.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks via scripting.
• Apply IT controls for access, change management and documentation.
• Contribute to resilience and business-continuity planning.
