Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Procurement based in Turkey to design and lead a global procurement function. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and negotiations across a 200-destination network.

You will build policies, drive cost savings, measure supplier performance, and align procurement with product and growth goals while providing leadership across finance, operations, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up.
• Proven ability to build procurement functions, policies, and vendor management processes.
• Strong international contract negotiation experience for complex services.
• Financial analysis skills to assess commercial agreements and savings opportunities.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost, quality, risk, and growth.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across finance, product, and operations.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity, or SaaS is desirable.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations is a plus.
• Proactive, commercially minded with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy from the ground up, supporting international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for competitive pricing and strong SLAs.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for cost savings without compromising service quality.
• Develop and implement supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Build scalable vendor management workflows for accountability and relationships.
• Partner with finance, product, operations to align procurement with strategic goals.
• Develop procurement processes to support increasing complexity and expansion.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and procurement decisions with financial analysis.
• Make procurement a strategic function contributing to profitability and resilience.
