Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire a Programme Manager located in Turkey for a fully remote role. You will lead multi-project fintech programs, align delivery with regulatory needs, and report to executives. A strong governance background and cloud experience are essential for success.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, roadmaps, budgets, and risk mitigation across distributed teams, with a focus on secure, scalable digital finance solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management, with 5+ years in banking/fintech.
• Strong governance, PMO, and portfolio management knowledge.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI PgMP, or SAFe Portfolio Management preferred.
• Extensive experience with scaled agile delivery and hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SAMA.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee program governance structures, including RACI, steering committees, and compliance checks.
• Align multi-project portfolios with strategy, delivering measurable business value.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Oversee concurrent projects ensuring alignment of timelines and priorities.
• Lead and mentor project managers across engineering, QA, security, and compliance.
• Establish best practices for program execution, agility, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Monitor performance and optimize delivery processes and resource use.
• Coordinate cloud transformation initiatives across AWS/Azure/GCP.
