Job summary

Partner Company in Turkey is seeking an Engineering Manager, Automation Intelligence to lead a high-impact engineering team. You will own the product roadmap, drive detection accuracy, and oversee scalable APIs for enterprise security in a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-native development practices with autonomous tooling. A strategic contributor to product readiness and release governance is essential.

Qualifications

At least three years of software engineering management.
Eight+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience in bot detection, fraud prevention, or security domains preferred.
Experience with measurement-driven engineering processes (tests, metrics, reg tests).
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in development workflows.
Proven cross-functional leadership with product managers and researchers.

Responsibilities

Own the engineering roadmap from beta to GA and commercial launch.
Define service reliability targets (throughput, latency, availability).
Establish continuous detection quality framework with test datasets and monitoring.
Guide detection capabilities for AI agents, automation, and classification systems.
Manage staged rollouts of detection updates with feature flags and rollbacks.
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of senior engineers.
