MicroStrategy Incorporated in Istanbul, Turkey (WFH) seeks a Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team. You will collaborate with Account Executives to design data and analytics solutions on the Strategy AI BI Platform, delivering tailored demonstrations and PoCs to win new business.

You will engage with customers and international colleagues, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate business needs into solid technical architectures.

Qualifications

3+ years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms).
Hands-on experience with BI/Analytics/Data platforms (Strategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Looker).
SQL and data modelling experience; web technologies or APIs.
Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel outside Turkey for customer engagements and events.

Responsabilités

Partner with Account Executives to understand customer priorities and decision criteria.
Design and present technical solutions that demonstrate the value of the Strategy platform.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations (onsite and remote).
Build and deliver PoCs that validate customer use cases and success metrics.
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical questionnaires with quality responses.
Address technical objections and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
