Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Turkey to build and support reliable internal platforms, enabling self-service deployment and streamlined workflows. You will lead the integration of AI-powered features (GenAI, autonomous agents, AIOps) to drive innovation and operational excellence.

You will standardize tooling, frameworks, and integrations, collaborating across teams to improve platform stability and developer experience, while upholding high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in platform engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep) and GitOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and support internal platforms enabling self-service deployment and management of applications.
• Create standardized tools, frameworks, and libraries to simplify cross-team workflows.
• Lead adoption of GenAI, AI agents, and AIOps to boost productivity and operations.
• Connect development tools and services within the platform ecosystem.
• Improve developer experience via documentation, training, and platform support.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of platforms.
