Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) to own features end-to-end, from identifying a problem to shipping production-ready solutions. You will work at the forefront of AI-native software, using AI agents as primary development partners rather than writing code manually.

The role combines senior engineering, product ownership, and architecture. You will collaborate with external providers, review AI-generated implementations for reliability, and contribute to an AI-first

Qualifications

Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.
Background as a backend engineer or software architect.
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
Strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
Identify what needs to be built without detailed specs.
Collaborate with external partners and service providers.
Review AI-generated implementations for reliability and quality.
Ensure production readiness across owned features.
Test features for reliability and correctness, including financial transactions.
