Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer based in Turkey. You will work with clients to transform ambiguous needs into production-ready digital solutions, designing and building AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and full-stack software for real-world business requirements.

Beyond developing models and prompts, you will engineer the systems that make AI applications reliable, secure, observable, and scalable.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience building and deploying production-grade software.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-powered applications and autonomous agents.
• Experience with client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Client collaboration and technical discovery: translate needs into clear requirements and plans.
• AI application and software development: build AI-enabled apps, agentic workflows, APIs, data pipelines.
• AI harness engineering: implement prompts, tools, context management, memory, and observability.
• Agent orchestration and workflow design: develop agent loops and multi-step workflows.
• Evaluation and quality assurance: create tests and measurement strategies for performance and safety.
• Rapid prototyping and product delivery: turn proofs-of-concept into production systems.
• Enterprise integration: connect AI solutions to client systems and data sources.
• AI safety, security, and reliability: implement safeguards and fallback strategies.
• Observability and troubleshooting: instrument systems to diagnose issues.
• Engineering excellence: apply CI/CD, testing, docs, security practices.
• Cross-functional communication: explain decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge sharing and innovation: develop reusable components and patterns.
