Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive success for enterprise partners worldwide, from onboarding to renewal. You will ensure positive experiences, align with leadership, and champion partner needs across our B2B offerings in securities and crypto.

Expect to own relationships, forecast growth, manage escalations with empathy, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Broker Dealer to influence roadmap priorities. This role supports Alpaca’s mission globally.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a customer success role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Maintain proactive relationships and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Broker Dealer to influence roadmap.
• Deliver QBRs and executive reports aligning goals to platform outcomes.
• Forecast growth with partners and identify risks.
• Represent the partner internally across teams.
• Provide internal reporting on account health and risks.
