Kolay IK is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers in Turkey, developing custom AI-driven solutions for HR and payroll. In this role, you will not only implement but also innovate and ensure a seamless integration of these solutions in production.

Your hands-on experience with AI tools and excellent communication skills will be vital as you navigate complex customer environments. This offers a unique opportunity to work in a pioneering HR SaaS startup, with both remote and on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and deploying AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work closely with customers both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand their HR and payroll environments.
• Develop custom integrations and data workflows for production.
• Design and tune AI-driven automations specific to customer needs.
• Measure success by customer business metrics.
• Provide feedback on customer patterns to improve product capabilities.
